01

The website and its purpose

This website presents the technology capabilities of SOVRAX LTD and SOVRAX TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C. “SOVRAX” refers to the shared brand unless a specific legal entity is named. The company notice identifies the two entities and their registration details.

These terms concern the website itself. They are not a proposal, signed statement of work or software licence. Browsing, following a link or sending an enquiry does not purchase a service, reserve delivery capacity or create an obligation to deliver a project. A separate agreement must establish those commitments.

02

Permitted use

You may browse the website, follow its service links and use its contact details for genuine business enquiries. You may keep reasonable extracts for your own evaluation of SOVRAX, provided notices and context are preserved.

Do not misrepresent the website’s content, impersonate SOVRAX, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, circumvent access controls or access systems without permission. Security-related service descriptions are not an invitation to scan or test this website or third-party systems.

Acceptable use and responsible disclosure
03

Content and intellectual property

The SOVRAX name, presentation, text, visual assets and software-related material may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to SOVRAX or their respective rights holders. Viewing this site does not transfer those rights or grant a licence to a SOVRAX product.

Do not republish substantial content, use branding to imply affiliation or redistribute website assets for commercial use without permission, except where applicable law or a specific asset licence permits it. Third-party names and rights remain with their owners. Contact us if you believe material on the website infringes your rights, identifying the material and your basis for the claim.

04

Service descriptions and illustrations

Descriptions outline areas of work rather than fixed deliverables, certification, guaranteed security or a service-level commitment. Platforms, scope, timelines, ownership, support, acceptance criteria and commercial terms are agreed for each engagement.

CGI, diagrams, software screens, licensing passes and geographic connections are conceptual illustrations. They are not evidence of a deployed product, activated entitlement, specific infrastructure ownership, customer result or exact office location. No system can be assumed immune to all risks because a security service is described.

05

Availability and third-party links

Content may be updated, corrected, moved or withdrawn. The website is not a continuous support channel, and uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device is not promised. Please confirm material details with the relevant entity before relying on them for a decision.

External links are provided for convenience or reference. We do not control those services, and a link does not by itself endorse all their content. Their own terms apply when you leave this website. You are responsible for keeping your device and browser appropriately protected.

06

Contact and confidential material

Enquiries are handled through contact@sovrax.io. Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material in an initial email. Where necessary, agree confidentiality terms and an appropriate transfer channel before sharing detailed project information.

Privacy information explains how enquiry data is handled. These website terms do not replace a confidentiality agreement or authorise SOVRAX to use your submitted material for unrelated purposes.

Privacy policy
07

Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content is general information, not a warranty that it is complete, continuously current or suitable for a particular project. SOVRAX does not assume responsibility for decisions made solely from illustrative website material or for services operated by independent third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence where that protection applies. Mandatory consumer rights and other non-excludable statutory protections remain unaffected. Contracted services are governed by their own agreed terms, not a blanket website disclaimer.

08

Questions, applicable rules and updates

Please raise website concerns at contact@sovrax.io so the relevant entity can review them. The law and competent forum applicable to a matter depend on the relevant entity, circumstances, agreement and mandatory legal rules. These website terms do not override protections or jurisdiction rights that cannot legally be waived.

Updates apply to subsequent website use and do not retrospectively rewrite an executed project agreement. The date above identifies the current published text. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, that does not by itself remove the remaining provisions.
